Q: What shipping options are available?
Online orders will be shipped through USPS or Fed Ex, based on the customers choice at checkout. We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please contact us if you are interested in an expedited shipping on your order as we do offer Overnite, 2 Day and 3 Day Express options.
PLEASE NOTE: Under normal circumstances Express shipments are guaranteed by the carrier but there may be delays caused by adverse weather, unforseen circumstances or natural disasters. Dante’s Mopar Parts is not responsible for delivery delays.
Q: What could cause a shipping delay?
Shipping delay can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company can not deliver the package we will contact you via phone or email.
During the holiday season shipping delivery may vary.
Q: Is there a cost on returns?
If an item needs to be returned the shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
Amount of refund will be based on the purchase price of your product. Custom or special order
items are not returnable. Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or credit.
Returns after 30 days but before 60 days are subject to a 25% restocking charge. No returns are allowed
after 60 days.
Q: Free Shipping Offers
Free Shipping promotional offers apply to ground shipments within the contiguous 48 states and does not include Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands. Oversize and Truck freight orders are not eligible for this offer. Dante's Mopar Parts reserves the right to ship via the carrier of its choosing and to combine parts in the least amount of boxes. This offer supersedes any and all other promotions and cannot be combined with any other offer.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?
Yes, we ship worldwide via USPS or Fed Ex. Customs duties and import fees to your country will vary and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Check with your local customs office for more information. Freight fees will vary depending on what parts are ordered and the size of the box(es).
